Orion EU Critical Minerals Project*
- 288 “cuadrículas mineras” covering an area of ~86.4km2
- A lithified playa sand bed type (placer) geological system with various layers rich in three future facing / critical minerals with high grade potential:
- Titanium (Rutile dominated)
- Zircon / Hafnium
- Rare Earths (Monazite hosted)
- Initial target areas are outcropping with significant scale potential

Segovia Province, Spain
Iberian One Project – Alum, Kaolinite & Graphite*
- Osmond has executed a Binding staged Earn-In Agreement to acquire up to 100% of the Iberian One Project, located in Spain
- The Project is prospective for Potassium Sulphate (SOP), Alumina products and Graphite
- Over 190 historic drill holes expected to help fast-track Project development
- Project hosts two historical mines and includes the current Becerril and Paula Mining Permits

The company’s Australian projects are focused on exploration for uranium, gold, nickel, copper, and rare earth elements (REE) within the highly prospective Fowler Domain and Nuyts Domain, both within the Gawler Craton in South Australia.
Currently, the company has interests in four projects:
